Good Morning Have anyone experiencing constant itching in the vaginal & anal area. My Radiation doc says its due to skin growing back in those areas. I was completely raw. I really need to find some relief for this. I can't sleep, its hurts to drive, sit, lay down. Underwear, clothes irritates it. All these creams, ointments are reaaly not helping. Or help for a few hours then back to the same old thing.

This sounds incredibly challenging and exhausting to deal with around the clock. Severe itching during radiation recovery can be one of the most difficult side effects to manage, and it's completely understandable to seek additional relief options when current treatments aren't providing lasting comfort. Many community members have found it helpful to discuss specific prescription options with their care team, explore cooling techniques, or ask about referrals to specialists who focus on radiation-related skin recovery - sharing what approaches have worked might help others facing similar struggles.

You need to block the histamines as everything wakes up , this is where I am also Zyrtec daily/ cortisone cream on body and tucks or recticream on rectum Sit on cold compress as you can go lower inflammation and will help the itch also
