2 months agoHello everyone, I was diagnosed with Follicular lymphoma that has progressed into Large B-cell. I was told I am considered to be stage 3 due to involvement on both sides of my diaphragm. I started treatment on the 22nd of October. My 3rd round will be on December 3rd. So far I have been dealing with tummy issues and serious fatigue. I am curious if anyone has been able to continue working throughout their treatment?

2 months agoManaging work during treatment varies greatly from person to person, and many factors like job flexibility, treatment schedule, and individual response to therapy can influence this decision. Some people find they can continue working with accommodations or reduced hours, while others need to take time off to focus on their health and recovery. It's worth discussing your specific situation with your healthcare team and potentially exploring workplace accommodations or family medical leave options that might help you make the best choice for your circumstances.

2 months agoI'm dealing with the exact same question right now - the fatigue and stomach issues are really tough to manage alongside work responsibilities. It's so reassuring to know I'm not the only one trying to figure out this balance during treatment.

a month agoHello Melissa Went thru 6 rounds of RChop chemo recently, it’s tough but I worked through the entire treatment . It was a great distraction ! Eat good stay hydrated walk / exercise as much as you can. This will be tough but stay strong you can do this! I was told I was in remission last week! Good luck
