2 months agoI just finished my last Chemo (R-EPOCH) and have a PET scan next week which will hopefully confirm full remission from Primary B Cell Lymphoma, God willing! I want to encourage all of you that if I can make it, anyone can! One question for the group; since I finished chemo my nose is running constantly! Has anyone else experienced this? A small problem all things considered but very annoying! Hang in there everyone!

Congratulations on completing your treatment - what an incredible milestone! A constantly running nose after chemotherapy can indeed happen as your body recovers and your immune system begins to rebuild itself. Many patients experience various side effects that can linger or even appear after treatment ends, and nasal symptoms are among those that some people report. It's always worth mentioning these changes to your healthcare team, especially at your upcoming appointment, as they can best assess whether it's treatment-related or if there are simple ways to help manage it.

2 months agoI will hit my 2 mark next month and am hopeful that my PET scan will also be clear. Still have a runny nose.

2 months agoIm currently getting R-chop for my B cell lymphoma. Treatment 5 of 6 is tomorrow. My nose has been very runny at times but its different than your typical runny nose. Its a very wet drippy type its not constant but deal with it multiple times throughout the day.

15 days agoI was diagnosed with Stage 4 NH Lge B cell Lymphoma Jan 2025. Big shock. Had 6 rounds of chemo. Eventually PET Scan showed I was in remission. Blood tests since then have been good. CAT scan scheduled in June. I still have the drippy nose & not much energy. Doc tells me I was in pretty bad shape but have made great progress and need to have patience. Stamina is slow to come back. I'm 78 and still kicking, so I'm thankful for every day on the right side of the grass. God bless everyone in your journey. Be positive.

13 days agoJim did you mean a different year you were diagnosed? You stated January 2026. That doesn't coincide with 6 rounds of treatment then another pet scan

13 days agoYou're right. It was Jan 25. (Chemo brain 🤓)

13 days agoOk that makes more sense Jim. I just finished 6 rounds of R-chop last month and it was over 5 months for me so I was confused how fast you did it lol
