Essential Rescources For Breast Cancer Patients of Color

Breast cancer resources for patients of color: According to the American Cancer Society, Black women have a slightly lower incidence rate of breast cancer than white women, yet they have a 40% higher chance of mortality from the disease. These women are also at higher risk for triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), a particularly aggressive form of breast cancer, and are more likely to have a later-stage diagnosis.
