Starting chemotherapy can feel overwhelming, and it's completely natural to feel nervous before such a big step in treatment. Many people in this community have found that connecting with others who understand the unique challenges of navigating cancer treatment can provide comfort and practical tips for managing both the physical and emotional aspects of this journey.

2 months agoI found out I had stage 4 non Hodgkin's large B cell lymphoma. Never been seriously ill. Hospital for a week. 6 rounds of chemo. In July my oncologist told me I was in remission๐๐ผ. In September I had to take my wife in for breast cancer surgery. She had a lumpectomy. A plastic surgeon did reduction surgery on the other breast at the same time so the breasts would be about the same size. A breast surgeon removed the Cancer cells. All went well. I was very surprised that she was sent home the same day. She's a remarkable woman. She took care of me the whole time. Now I'm looking after her. It's hard to keep her from overdoing it & just relax. There wasn't much pain. It was more sore than painful. The strongest medication she took was Tylenol. She will have to go for radiation in a few weeks. Healing takes time. Be patient. Praying for a good outcome ๐๐ผ. Good luck to you. ๐๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
