Building community connections is so important during cancer treatment, and starting an in-person support group in Philadelphia sounds like a meaningful way to create those bonds. Since you mentioned feeling isolated, please reach out by scrolling down the page from the Home Screen of the app to find the Ask Outcomes4Me box to get in touch for a more personal conversation with our clinical care experts, and remember that the 988 hotline is also available for support. Other members in the Philadelphia area might see this and be interested in connecting for local meetups or support group opportunities.

Hey Ms Angela, I wish we were in the same place, me being in NE Louisiana and all. I would love to have an in-person group to attend. I would like to claim that as my idea because it is such a good one! I hope you have success in getting a grasp started. Take good care.

Hello, Angela I’m not sure where you reside but check with the place you receive treatment from. They should have an in person and online group.

Hey Thomas, I'm not surprised. Having your brain racing around is not unexpected in this type of situation. There are a lot of people in this group who are ready, willing and able to discuss things with you. Would you be comfortable telling us a little bit about your situation and see if we can provide you with some feedback? This is a safe space where I haven't seen anyone being judgemental or unkind in any way. We have all been there and probably will be there again. I wish you goodness and strength in your journey!

Hey Angela You are so right. Unfortunately I'm not in your area, but your idea is dead on and what I'm looking for as well. Good luck.
