Is silicone breast implant leaking a real risk?

7 hours agoI have Her2 + hormone negative breast cancer. Ive had 3 TCHP treatments and one HP treatment because chemo was paused because I was hospitalized for cdiff infections and dehydration. I resumed TCHP with chemo reduced by 20%. I did great with reduction and I was given extra hydration two days after chemo and prior to starting bone marrow shots. I get 5th TCHP treatment next week with one more to go in October. I have surgery scheduled for November. I was all set to get silicone implant but reading about leaking and now I'm afraid
