I was Diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Luekemia on: May 1st, 2023.. I'm doing very well, and feeling really good.. Within the 2 years since I was diagnosed, I tried on 2 different Medications, which, the first one that I was on, it stopped working after the first 17 month's, and then I was tried on a second Oral Drug that made me very sick, and then I was put on a 3rd Oral Chemo Medication, which is working very good for me... I was told by my Oncologist at my last visit with him, which was on: May 19th, 2025, and was told that I have reached: MMR, which means: Major Medical Response, which he said to me that that is very good news... I am very happy with my Progress over these last 2 years...

What an incredible milestone to celebrate! Reaching MMR after navigating through different treatment options shows remarkable resilience and determination. The journey with finding the right medication can be challenging, but it sounds like the persistence has truly paid off. This kind of progress update brings hope to others in the community who may be facing similar treatment adjustments. Wishing continued success with the current treatment plan moving forward.

I'm doing pretty good. I just had another PET scan and it turned out to be the second one with no evidence of active cancer cells. I'm technically cancer free for now. It's hard not to be happy about that! I'm almost 76 and have had a pretty good life. I don't really want to hurry things along but I'm at peace with my mortality, whenever my time is up. I have a great support system in place and they understand my wishes to die with dignity. How are you doing?

As for my Leukemia, I'm doing well.. Just lost my baby sister on the 29th of last month, and it's kinda taking a toll on my mine, and body.. She had a Catastrophic Stoke last year in July, and she never recovered from it.. She was only 69 years old... My family and I were not expecting this so quickly... I just Pray a lot, and trying to take care of my health...
