Should I pursue bladder removal or explore clinical trials?

a month agoI was diagnosed with bladder cancer on 5/12/26. First TURBT on 6/2 to remove multiple medium to large sized tumors. Follow up, 2nd TURBT surgery on July 8th. Diagnosis after both first and second TURBT: T1 HG NMIBC with CIS. Cancer evident along bladder neck. I’m a 59 year old male in otherwise excellent health, thin, physically fit, which per my urologist makes me ideal candidate for cystectomy with neobladder- however want to explore bladder preserving options- with specific interest in clinical trials, as not sure BCG alone would be the best option. Looking for any thoughts, suggestions
