4 days agoMy bladder cancer has returned following 3 years of the BCG protocol. Diagnostics are coming to determine the stage. Please share with me any comments regarding adding Ivermectin and Mebendazol.

4 days agoFacing a recurrence after BCG treatment can be incredibly stressful, and waiting for diagnostic results adds another layer of uncertainty. While it's natural to explore all possible options during this challenging time, it's important to discuss any additional treatments with your oncology team, as they have the complete picture of your medical history and can guide you toward evidence-based therapies that are proven effective for bladder cancer. The community here understands the journey you're on, and many members have valuable experiences to share about navigating treatment decisions with their doctors.

3 days agoI understand wanting to explore every option, but have you asked your oncologist about newer targeted therapies or immunotherapies specifically designed for BCG-resistant bladder cancer that might be worth discussing first?

2 days agoI’m sorry you’re dealing with this. I completely understand the desire to look into anything that might help, but it’s important to know that ivermectin and mebendazole are not proven cancer treatments, despite how heavily they’re discussed online. Right now there is no good clinical evidence showing they improve outcomes for bladder cancer in humans, and self-adding medications can sometimes cause harm or interfere with real treatment plans. Im glad you’re here and a part of this community. Please keep us posted on how you’re doing. 💛 Suzanne (Community Moderator)
