Sara, I started out nmibc, did two complete cycles of bcg, it became mi, had radical cystectomy, only to learn it had already spread to nearby lymph nodes. That was in 2016. I’ve been on and off pembro ever since. After a recent reoccurrence I did pembro + Padcev. Bad neuropathy in my feet, so quitting Padcev, but continuing w/ pembro. I’ve never heard of nmibc spreading that fast. Best of luck w/treatments.
