How did others do with Keytruda and Padcev for advanced bladder cancer?

9 days agoMy husband has stage iv bladder cancer. It started as t1 nmibc. Had surgery to remove tumor and had all clean edges. While doing BCG treatments it started growing quickly and spread to lymph nodes/bones/pluera around lungs and other areas. It blocked the ureters from opening to the bladder so now has nephrostomy tubes from each kidney and a stent in 1 however, that did not work. Since had it in the pluera area around lungs, he also has a pluerx catheter for us to drain that area at home. He is on Keytruda and padcev. 2 rounds of keytruda and 4 of padcev in. Has anyone started in this situation and done well? This all happened within a few months..
