I was diagnosed with stage 4 Gleoblastoma Jan of 2024. Had tumors removed and went through chemotherapy and radiation and now MRIs every 3 months. I was in Stuttgart Germany for work and have Sence retired to Santa Rosa.

Navigating life after intensive glioblastoma treatment while adjusting to retirement brings unique challenges that many in this community understand. The combination of regular monitoring appointments and major life transitions can feel overwhelming, but connecting with others who share similar experiences often provides valuable perspective and practical coping strategies.

If anyone that is a VET YOU SHOULD POST A CLAIM Gleoblastoma is a presumptive condition that you don’t have to prove it’s service related.

I was wondering if I could ask how your journey was? My wife is struggling a little with her treatments and I would just like to know if you learned any tricks or just anything that people wouldn’t consider that made your days easier

I have days of struggling but I force myself to stay positive and my faith with God . I give all my worries and anxieties to him. I force myself to shower and put something nice on and a little makeup, take small walks and get out of my head with negative thoughts. Eat healthy and clean as much as you can. Positive attitude will get you through this.
