Many patients and families find hope in knowing that while glioblastoma is aggressive, some people do survive beyond two years, and advances in treatment continue to improve outcomes. This community is filled with members who understand the journey and can share their experiences with longer-term survival stories that might provide encouragement during this challenging time.

Best answer to that is to search online for IDH mutation in glioma or ask Oncologist

Awesome. Joanne I assume you were treated with chemo and radiation? And other procedures or treatments? Thank you. Jeff

I am 82 y/o, dx 2/9/24, inoperable, completed the SOC radiation & chemo. Stable. You never know. Be positive, open, and loving. I am looking forward to many more years but, also, will feel blessed with the life and love I have should that not be the case. Be positive. Forget survival rates. You’re an individual.
