Are there hormone therapy alternatives to Letrozole and Tamoxifen?

Letrozole has nearly destroyed my bones. One doctor wants me to switch to Tamoxifen because it actually strengthens the bones. I refuse to have Reclast infusions because of the harmful side effects that stay with fir a lifetime. I am leery of it because it may cause blot clots & now I read about the strokes. Asked that doctor if there was a way to monitor the blood if starts to tend toward clotting. He said no. He never mentioned that he strokes, but based on the fact I have not had a clot to my knowledge he felt it unlikely I would get one. He never addressed concerning my stroke history. The other doctor did not wish to change my med because of my history. Now what? Asked the new doctor if there was any other med option to keep my tumors from returning. He responded, “No.” However I read here somewhere about others on 2 other meds. Does anyone know of another med that does not deplete the bones or cause blood clots? Or how to keep the blood clots from forming while on Tamoxifen? I had ICL which is Estrogen fed. I feel that our bodies need Estrogen to be healthy. However since this type of cancer feds on Estrogen the doctors want to deplete the Estrogen. Now that my cancer tumors are gone, not so sold on continuing down that path. Is there any natural solutions to keeping the cancer tumors from returning?
