Changes in bowel movements, including stool color, can happen during chemotherapy treatment and are definitely worth discussing with your medical team right away. Black stool can have various causes, and your oncologist or nurse will be the best people to evaluate what might be causing this change in your specific situation. It's really important to reach out to them soon, especially since this has been going on for several days. You're doing great advocating for yourself by noticing these changes - that's exactly what you should be doing during treatment.
