Should I do radiation and hormone therapy after lumpectomy?

Hi, I had a lumpectomy on September 10. Two tumors removed. One tumor is stage 1 IDC the other precancerous. Radiation and hormone suppressants are indicated. I am leery about doing any treatments. I’m 70 years old and have a 10% chance of it recurring. I have Afib and a hole in my heart and also osteoporosis. I’m afraid of the impact the treatments will have on my heart and bones. Does anyone else have experience with this? I’m thinking of not having any treatments.
