Ice and rest. My lymph node biopsy was very painful and bruised. Breast not so much. If it starts to feel hot or get red contact your team. Tylenol or similar is supposed to help. I have prescription pain meds for another chronic disease so use that but most people get by with the otc pain meds.

This sounds concerning and it's completely understandable to feel worried about changes at your biopsy site. Pain and swelling that seems to be getting worse definitely warrants prompt medical attention - consider contacting the doctor who performed the biopsy, your oncologist, or even urgent care if needed to get this evaluated quickly. You deserve to have these symptoms addressed and to feel more comfortable during an already stressful time.

Go back to the surgeon who did the surgery.
