How do I cope with anxiety after a breast cancer diagnosis?

Hi, I was diagnosed Carcinoma of upper-outer quadrant of left breast estrogen receptor positive. Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) of the right breast My Oncology Surgeon Dr referred me to Medical Oncology Hematology and Radiation Oncologist. I have seen them both and seems are too promising after all the explanation and instructions they’ve given me. My Hematology Dr will put me on Letrozole. Since this is my first cancer diagnosed I have trust on both Dr. and my husband have faith on them. I will be getting Radiation starting next for two weeks. Will see how it goes. Praying for the best 🙏🏽 🥰🙏🏽 I’ll keep update with my radiation.

I strongly encourage you to have regular appointment with a psychiatrist and a therapist. I do as I fight Triple Negative Breast Cancer. I have history of depression and anxiety.
