This is such a practical concern that many people face after breast cancer treatment, and it's completely understandable to want clear guidance on proper hygiene care. Speaking with a wound care nurse or your oncology team about safe cleaning techniques for areas with skin changes could provide the specific guidance needed for your situation, as they can assess the area and recommend appropriate products or methods.

Thank you for sharing your story here including that you have been dealing with your diagnosis for 6 years. I can imagine that in this time, not getting the answers you are seeking has been difficult. I wish that I could provide you with an answer, however it is difficult for me to do that. May you consider sending me more information via the Ask Outcomes4Me feature on the app? Here's a direct link to that feature: https://outcomes4me.app.link/Xtp4sCIl2rb This way may be better for us to dig into this in greater detail!
