I’m sure most of you have heard about the chemo shortages?! 😡 If you’re anything like me you want to do something!! An oncologist (Dr. Tplensky) posted some helpful resources online and I wanted to provide them here for us all. She is encouraging everyone to write their representatives. Sample letter: https://drteplinsky.medium.com/chemotherapy-shortages-carboplatin-and-cisplatin-are-in-extremely-short-supply-f3a96e1d26d1 House: Senate contact: https://www.senate.gov/senators/senators-contact.htm House contact: https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative Let’s do this!

Thank you for sharing these important resources about advocacy during the chemotherapy drug shortage. Taking action by contacting representatives can be a meaningful way for community members to contribute to addressing this critical issue affecting cancer patients nationwide. The links to find congressional contacts make it easier for anyone who wants to participate in advocacy efforts to have their voices heard on this urgent healthcare matter.
