Hair Loss and Weight Gain on Exemestane: Any Experiences?

Hi Peggy, I have been on exemestane for 6 months now. I have gained 30 lbs since starting it. My diet hasn't changed, and I am exercising (pilates, dog walking, and yoga)! My hair is thinning too. I just started on minoxidil for that. Before, I was on letrozole and didn't gain an ounce, but my joints and muscles hurt so bad that I could barely get out of bed. I guess I have to go on keto diet to get back to my normal weight. Good luck to you.
