Has anyone experienced shoulder pain and diarrhea on Exemestane?

I had diarrhea and nausea when i first started anastrozole, a similar medication. Taking the pill later in the day helped. Had joint pain later. It improved after a few months.

Thank you KB, I was on anastrozole for 9 months. My joints and muscles were so painful and now on exemestane, maybe it'll stop soon

Hope it does. They were going to switch me to exemestane after a washout but i had something else going on and before i decided to do washout, the joint pain improved. It was very bad when it was going on. Also, another BC patient told me her onc recommended Claritin for the joint pain. I did start taking it and maybe it helped
