Wondering if anyone watched the webinar with Rachel Beller on nutrition and spicing. I ordered the book spice rack, spices and was amazed in all the nutritional information. The right spices in foods can be really tasty and good for gut health. Rachel writes on how the body mainly your gut really needs to be balanced. How spicing and nutritional foods can help you accomplish that especially fighting cancer.

No I didn’t see it but sounds interesting - so what spices as re good for gut health ?

Beller... The book is SpiceRack. Google it and I believe in this app you can re-see the webinar. There are so many spices. It would be hard to list them all. Rachel Beller puts all the spices together to make it easier for like breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Yes the webinar is in the home area of this app. Just scroll down and you can watch it. It is about an hour. So worth it. 💕
