How do you manage liver failure with stage 3 breast cancer?

I was diagnosed with stage 3 metastatic breast cancer in March of 2025 with 9 out of 15 nodes testing positive and a " pigtail" that went into the blood stream. I have had a modified mastectomy and now on anastrozole. I will start radiation in a few weeks then be put on another estrogen blocker afterwards. My question is...has anyone or is anyone also in liver failure while fighting this beast? If so can you please share your wisdom with me? Thank you so much for your help 💕

Managing both cancer treatment and liver complications can feel overwhelming, but this community has many members who've navigated complex medical situations alongside their cancer journey. Consider reaching out to your oncology team about how your current treatments might need adjustments, and many here find it helpful to share experiences about coordinating care between different specialists during treatment.

I have liver metz tumors are throughout to many to count. However my liver is still able to function. Not 100 percent but labs are checked every 3 weeks so far so good.
