After last mammogram they found a lesion on the breast where he performed the lumpectomy. They recommended a biopsy to see if there was further need for worry although I was told that my breast was non-dense if that matters don’t know waiting for results.

Waiting for biopsy results can feel overwhelming, and it's completely natural to have concerns during this time. The recommendation for a biopsy shows that your medical team is being thorough in their care, which is important for getting the clearest picture of what's happening. Many others in this community have walked through similar waiting periods and understand how challenging this uncertainty can be. Consider reaching out to share more about your experience or ask questions - there's valuable support and insights from others who have been through comparable situations.

I am sorry to hear this. This is my worse fear. We all know this can happen but still is scary news. I hope this works out in your favor. Hugs

I had a fat necrosis and microcalcifications both benign. Usually it's nothing. Anyone drawing blood every three months for recurrence?
