How do I cope with HPV and precancer cell removal surgery?

Hey everyone prayers for you all May God continue to heal our sick mend our broken and restore to us what needs restoring So for several years now my paps were not normal two years ago they started testing me for cancer and said I don't have it They never said I had HPV or pre cancer but this year in June my paps 3 time was showing pre cancer cells and HPV so August 29th i had surgery to have pre cancer cells removed and my Gynocologist who done the surgery said it was sever not in my cervix but on the outside of my cervix so now every six months 3 times my paps need to come back normal to be good so that is what I am facing God bless you and thank you for listening

How do you cope with fear during cervical cancer treatment?

Hello...I was diagnosed with stage 3 cervical adenocarcinoma on 9/9/2025. I started chemo (cisplatin) on 10/22, but after 2 treatments, my ears started to ring, so I started carboplatin last week for my 3rd treatment. I would like to be able to talk to someone who understands how scary this is. I can't talk to family or friends without upsetting them, so I don't bring up the morbid stuff lol

How often should I expect scans and checkups after achieving NED with stage 4 cervical cancer?

Hi my name is Liz. I was diagnosed with Stg 4B cervical cancer in February 2023. The cancer was in several places including bone and liver. Approximately 1 month after my diagnosis, I experienced a pathological fracture at T8 and had to have emergency surgery. I began Keytruda in April 2023, along with radiation to my back, then chemo and Avastin in July 2023. Keytruda treatments ended in May of this year. So far, I have been NED since September 2023. Now seeing my Oncologist every 3 months, Signatera blood draws every 3 months and PET scans every 6 months.

Has anyone had pelvic exenteration surgery for cervical cancer?

My name is Jamie. I was diagnosed with stage 4 cervical cancer in August. I've started treatment,but when I was putting in my meds the choices for cisplatin they all had "and" I don't find anything other than the cisplatin. Am I missing something?

Hey. I’m MJ and was diagnosed in July with Cervical Cancer Stage 4B, because it’s spread up to the lymph nodes in my chest. I’m supposed to start Chemo + Immunotherapy utilizing the quadruple protocol (Carbo/Taxol/Beva/Pembro) hopefully next week. I’m extremely anxious & scared & having all the feelings.
