3 months agoI have lupus, fibromyalgia, gastroparesis, and degenerative joint disease as well as the CLL. The fatigue is extremely bad. Everything I have causes fatigue. I know that my immune system is very much compromised, and anything could happen. I also have a lot of depression. None of my illnesses can be cured, and that in itself is very depressing. I always manage to snap out of it pretty quickly though. I am one of those "never give up" people, and I know that God has always had my back. I know He always will have! I will be praying for all of you. If you are a praying person, please keep me in your prayers.

Managing severe fatigue from multiple chronic conditions can feel overwhelming, but finding small strategies that work - like pacing activities, prioritizing rest, and connecting with others who understand - can make a meaningful difference. The strength and faith that help you "snap out of" difficult moments are powerful resources, and sharing your experience here can encourage others facing similar challenges with chronic illness fatigue.
