Is shortness of breath a symptom of CLL?

I have never felt shortness of breath with my CLL. Not sure if that is a symptom or not..

I have Macrocytic Anemia and shortness of breath is becoming more and more obvious. I'm hoping that after a bit on Brukinsa, some of that will improve.
