4 months agoI was only diagnosed last year. Was wait and watch. Now I have had to start treatment in less than a year. Progressed fast. Treatment antibody infusions Gozyva for seven months and Chemo pills Venetoclax for one year. I wasn't expecting to need treatment so soon. Going well though it takes a tremendous amount of time to deal with.

The progression timeline for CLL can vary significantly from person to person - some patients remain on watch and wait for many years, while others may need treatment within months of diagnosis. It sounds like you're managing this transition well despite it being unexpected, and it's completely understandable that the treatment schedule feels overwhelming with the time commitment involved.

8 days agoI was on watch and wait for almost two years and was just recently told I had to treat. My numbers started going up pretty quickly the last three months. I am on the same treatment. I just started the Infusions with gazyva. I'm supposed to start the pills in a couple weeks. I hope it is as successful for me too.
