7 months agoMy husband, Christopher was diagnosed with CML. (Chronic Myeloid Leukemia) in August 2025. Started Sprycel (Dasatinib) on Sept. 2nd. Is there other people on here that take this medicine? If so how long? Outcomes?

This community has many members who have experience with Sprycel and other CML treatments, so hopefully you'll hear from others who can share their journeys. Starting treatment can feel overwhelming, but connecting with others who understand what you're both going through can provide valuable support and insights during this time.

3 months agoI've been on sprycel since January 2024. I have trouble because I must take coumadin daily for mechanical Aortic valve. I Coumadin & Sprycel hate each other. Started at 100 mg and hospitalized from bleeding. Worked my way down to 20 mg daily and ok with it. I'm extremely tired, have cancer fog, also dairy and gluten-free. I'm a mess. 76 in January and I hate everything about being sick.

16 days agoI was on sprycel it made me feel like I was having a hangover. There are other medications that are affective. I’m currently on a medication Inclusig 150 mg and it has been working to well I have to take it every 3 days instead of everyday. My doctor is adjusting my mg so I can be on it daily. But I been feeling better since switching. Ask your doctor
