Should I get a double mastectomy for small triple negative breast cancer?

Hello I’m having a hard time on deciding if I should have a double mastectomy with triple negative breast cancer only 1 cm did 6 rounds of chemo and it hasn’t grown my surgery on the 9th.

Can I avoid mastectomy for lobular carcinoma on chest wall?

Hi blessings to All I have a lobular carcinoma it went from 6 cm and after chemotherapy 1.6 cm yay! But I had lumpectomy 11 years ago but this time is tumor same side right side and it’s on the chest wall. One doctor said to do mastectomy which I don’t want. Her 2 + I’m starting antibodies on Monday. Is there is any advice if I don’t want mastectomy? Thank you 🙏

Hi. I am talking on behalf of my auntie. She has stage 4 breast cancer Hr+ Her2- (1+). She tried Ribociclib + Fulvestrant but didnt work straight away =( This week she started Enhertu. 1st treatment went well and she didnt fell any side effects. Anyone taking this drug? Any advices?
