For me, the hot flashes were no big deal as i am post menopausal and they were not too bad. Did not have fatigue, was already doing breathing exercises for anxiety, no change. Taking the pill at night got rid of my GI symptoms. I found that side effects waxed and waned. Ultimately, i came of anastrozole due to hand finger stiffness and finger numbness. I am now on exemestane. Am starting cymbalta for the hand finger symptoms. Too early to tell if this is better. I recommend you stay in close touch with your provider about side effects.
