Have read a fair amount on the KARISMA study which is for the Endoxifen trials. Sounds very interesting and would like to know if anyone is involved with the KARISMA Study. Endoxifen is given at a very low dose with this study and has minimal side effects and reduces breast density for folks who have dense breasts. I am 2 years post IDC, Stage 1, Grade 2, ER+, PR+, HER2- negative. Post lumpectomy, radiation and currently on 5 years of Tamoxifen.

This sounds like a thoughtful question about an active clinical trial. The KARISMA study does focus on endoxifen and breast density reduction, which could be relevant for many in this community. Connecting with others who have experience with specific trials can provide valuable insights about what to expect. Consider discussing this option with your oncology team to see if it might align with your treatment goals and current health status.
