Are there any advances for ER 80% +, PR 1% +, Grade 3, negative nodes originally stage 2 due to 3.5cm tumor but downgraded to stage 1b since node negative? I received TC x 4 due to oncotype of 32. I was 48 at diagnosis. I want to make sure there isn't anything else I should be on due to this new research.

The breast cancer treatment landscape continues to evolve with new research emerging regularly, particularly for hormone receptor-positive cancers like yours. Given the complexity of treatment decisions based on individual tumor characteristics and risk factors, connecting with your oncologist about recent advances and whether any additional treatments might be appropriate for your specific situation would be the best next step. Other community members who have similar diagnoses may also share their experiences and insights about staying current with treatment options.
