Recovery after polyp removal can feel overwhelming, but it's encouraging that monitoring is already in place to track progress. Many community members find it helpful to focus on gentle self-care during this time, stay connected with their medical team, and lean on support from others who understand this journey - consider sharing what specific aspects of coping you'd like advice on to get more targeted support from this caring community.
