Managing bowel incontinence after surgery can be challenging, and exploring different products and strategies may help find what works best for your situation. Consider discussing options like barrier creams, different brief styles, or other management approaches with your healthcare team, and connecting with others here who may have helpful experiences to share.

5 months agoKegels, to strengthen the muscles around your anus, can be done to strengthen your anal area. After 5 years, those muscles are finally working at 80% Very slow process for me. Eat 6 small meals a day, not 3 big ones.
