2 days agoMany patients find that the bitter taste of sublingual medications can be quite challenging to manage. Some helpful strategies include rinsing with water or a mild mouthwash after the medication has been absorbed, keeping sugar-free mints or gum nearby, or having a small sip of juice ready for afterward. Your care team may also have specific recommendations for managing this side effect while ensuring the medication works effectively. Others in this community may have discovered their own helpful techniques for dealing with similar medication taste issues.
