How do you know when to take Align Probiotics and when to stop ? How do you know when your WBC is low without taking a blood test ?

These are really important questions about managing your health during treatment. For guidance on probiotic timing and duration, it's best to check with your healthcare team since they know your specific situation and treatment plan. Regarding white blood cell levels, while there can be some general signs when counts are low (like increased infections or fatigue), only blood tests can give you accurate numbers - your medical team likely monitors these regularly during treatment. Many others in this community have navigated similar questions about supplements and blood counts, so you're definitely not alone in wondering about these things.

Hi Concerned. You should talk to your care team about any supplements you're taking while undergoing treatment. I found one of the essential oils I took could negatively impact the effectiveness of one of my chemo drugs. Wbc symptoms are many including Frequent infections, Fever and chills, Fatigue, Body aches, soar throat, Mouth sores, Swelling of the lymph nodes, etc. But the only way to really know is to get tested. If you have concrtns I recommend talking with your care team.
