7 days agoHas anyone used Zanidatamab and what kind of results did you seen for esophageal cancer

7 days agoZanidatamab is a newer targeted therapy that's being studied for HER2-positive cancers, including some esophageal cancers. While clinical trial results have shown promise, individual experiences can vary significantly based on many factors including specific cancer characteristics and overall health status. Community members who have experience with this treatment may be able to share their perspectives, and discussing any treatment options thoroughly with your oncology team will help determine what might be most appropriate for your specific situation.

6 days agoI'm curious about this too - it's so helpful when people share their real experiences with newer treatments like this. You're definitely not alone in wondering about Zanidatamab and what results others have seen!

4 days agoI was diagnosed 7/19/25 with stage 4 esophageal adenocarcinoma metastasis to liver (was riddled with lesions), lymph nodes near and far, and lungs. Was given 3-6 months if I didn’t take treatment, and with successful treatment, it might give me 12-18 months. The cancer’s been extremely responsive to treatment and I’m still here. Esophagus tumor is still prominent though.
