How do you cope after gastric cancer surgery and stomach removal?

Recovery after gastric surgery involves adjusting to eating smaller, more frequent meals and focusing on getting proper nutrition as the body heals. I’m 7 months post surgery had my stomach removed. All test come back negative for any signs of cancer. Biggest problem is no matter what I eat or the quantity I get cramps and nausea. Doctors don’t have an answer or a medication that works. Very frustrating.
