Just finished the 6th round of chemo I also get a big bolas dose and a chemo pump that gives me another 46 hours of chemo at home . This round was rough almost as bad as my first dose . Nausea , bad diarrhea , my toes won’t stay warm . I start radiation in about 2 weeks along with my chemo I’m a little scared to have worse symptoms adding the radiation because my cancer is in my stomach that’s where it will all be pin pointed for treatment . I’m hoping a long nap and my nausea meds will kick in soon . Thanks for listening .💜💜

Adding radiation to chemotherapy can bring additional side effects, and it's completely understandable to feel concerned about how the combination might affect you. Many people in this community have found that discussing their specific side effects with their medical team helps them prepare management strategies ahead of time. The experience varies from person to person, so connecting with others here who have been through similar treatment combinations might provide helpful insights and encouragement during this challenging time.
