a year agoI have my first treatment for Her2 tomorrow. What should I expect after treatment on the first day?
Accepted Answer
It's completely normal to feel uncertain before starting a new treatment, especially your first one. Many people experience mild side effects like fatigue or minor infusion reactions, though everyone responds differently to HER2-targeted therapies. Your healthcare team will monitor you closely during and after the treatment, so don't hesitate to share any concerns or symptoms with them - they're there to help make this process as smooth as possible for you.

10 months agoDo you know what treatment you’ll be receiving? I’m on Phesgo infusions— diarrhea is a common side effect. I keep Imodium handy.

10 months agoI had TCHP chemo every 3 weeks for 7 months and felt queasy about day 3 and 4. That got worse but was manageable with drugs, Fatique diarrhea some vomiting. Then total mastectomy, and yesterday,6 months later, I got reconstruction. It’s been a journey but walking and being outdoors keeps me more positive. Good luck and prayers for you !
