Seeking Experiences: Partial Lymph Node Dissection After Chemo for Male Breast C...

I’m Her2+, ER and prog ~, start TCH July 10th. How did you handle the chemo? I’m stage 1. Lymph nodes were negative.

Chemo was rough the first cycle and then ok for the next 2 then 4th 5th and 6th cycles were ok but lot of fatigue, bad taste in mouth etc followed by pain myalgia on the left thigh. I had lymph nodes impacted. Good luck with your TCH! Now my surgeon says either do a complete ALND or go for Radiation and HER2 treatment as a systemic treatment. If it doesn’t work then surgery is the only alternative.
