a year agoI am on Arimedix, for about 2 months now, I am shedding significantly. What has anyone done to help prevent? Biotin? Less washing hair and brushing? Hands are puffy. I also take otc calcium vitamins and D3 because of Osteopenia diagnosis.

Hair loss can be a challenging side effect to manage, and it's completely understandable to look for ways to address this concern. Many people in similar situations have found gentle hair care routines helpful, such as using sulfate-free shampoos, avoiding excessive heat styling, and being careful with brushing. Some community members have shared positive experiences with biotin supplements, though it's always best to discuss any new supplements with your healthcare team, especially since you're already taking other vitamins. Have others in the community found specific hair care approaches that worked well during their treatment?
