I have both breast involvement. Left breast has two masses, HER2+ Pr and Er - but 13cm, other mass HER2-, Pr-Er+, Right breast HER2- Pr+Er+, anyone else have so much going on and how did it all go. Have different staging but so far they are thinking Stage llb, they are doing a brain MRI in 2 weeks. My PET scan in December came out clean. Supposed to start Chemotherapy in 4 days.

Having multiple masses with different receptor statuses across both breasts certainly creates a complex treatment picture, and it's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed by all the moving pieces. Many community members have navigated similarly complex diagnoses with multiple tumor characteristics, and sharing experiences here often helps others feel less alone in their journey. Wishing you clarity as you move forward with your treatment plan, and hoping other members will chime in with their own experiences to help support you through this time.

I am in the same situation. My right breast is HER2+ and left is ER+&PR+. I had surgery in Oct+Dec'24. Started Chemo in Jan'25 and is half way done now.
