I had a CT Scan and Bone Scan 6 months ago before my chemo and lymph node dissection. My question is should I be asking to get them done again?

This is such an important question to discuss with your oncology team, as they'll have the best insight into your specific treatment plan and follow-up care needs. Many patients wonder about the timing of follow-up scans after completing treatment phases, and your medical team can help determine what's most appropriate based on your individual situation and current health status. Have you been able to bring this up during your recent appointments, and what does your treatment schedule look like moving forward?

Yes. I would. My experience is you have to stay on top of your team of doctors. What could it hurt to ask? IJS
