a year agoBurning eyes 3 weeks after chemotherapy
Accepted Answer
Burning eyes can be an uncomfortable side effect that some people experience after chemotherapy treatment. This type of discomfort might be related to how certain medications can affect the tear ducts or cause dryness, but it's definitely worth discussing with your healthcare team to make sure they're aware and can provide proper guidance. Many others in this community have dealt with similar post-treatment effects, so you're not alone in experiencing these kinds of changes after chemo.

6 months agoYes I had this with all mucous membranes. Mine all sloughed off….including the inside of my eyelids. All bled also except for my eyes. Was not fun at all.

6 months agoMy eyes were dry and twitchy during chemo. So, no contacts and lots of eye drops.
