a year agoJust curious on others thoughts of supplements or dietary foods that help fight cancer (flaxseed, red grapes, Cruciferous vegetables) etc for Her2+. Mainly did you start eating them after diagnosis and if so, do you think it helped at all?

It's wonderful that you're exploring ways to support your health through nutrition during your HER2+ journey. Many people in this community have found that focusing on anti-inflammatory foods like the ones you mentioned can be a positive part of their overall wellness approach, though it's always best to discuss dietary changes with your oncology team to ensure they complement your treatment plan. Would love to hear what others have discovered about incorporating these foods into their routines!

6 months agoMy whole perspective on that... It's all bullshit.... You have stage 4 cancer.... What is that going to do?! I have been living with this for 6 years.... I have not changed myself whatsoever. My eating habits, drinking habits.... I still smoke cigarettes.... I have been NEAD for 5 years...
