Finding affordable healthcare without insurance can be challenging, but Pennsylvania has several resources that might help. Community health centers, free clinics, and hospital charity care programs often provide services on a sliding fee scale based on income, and some cancer centers offer financial assistance programs specifically for patients who need ongoing care. Many community members here have navigated similar situations and may have suggestions for local resources or programs that could be helpful.
